Bengals backup quarterback Joe Flacco replaced starter Joe Burrow during the fourth quarter against the Cardinals.

One of the moves was to sign QB Sean Clifford to a reserve/future contract, according to the league's transaction wire. That means that Clifford will be kept around by the Bengals into the offseason program after finishing the year on the practice squad.
