ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania man faces federal criminal charges after he checked in a suitcase with an explosive device hidden in the lining on a flight to Florida, authorities said Wednesday.
A 43-year-old man arrested Wednesday in connection with an ongoing investigation into improvised explosive devices set around Kula and Kahului will make his initial appearance in federal court Monday.
