2:50PM, A Porterville Police Officer patrolling in the area of Main and Date st. observed a known individual with outstanding warrants operating a nonstreet legal motorcycle southbound on Main Street from Date. As the Officer turned around, the subject entered the Big Stump Trailer Park and disappeared from view leaving the motorcycle behind. 2:15PM Porterville Police responded to a department assist for Porterville FD at the 1300 block of W. Morton, Mission Bell Mobile Home Park. Initial reports indicated a White male adult went into a patio at a residence and pulled the Blue recycle bin, dragging it into the roadway.
