Welcome to 2026: A New Year Testimony

Travel in my kitchen with me: Eritrea 🇪🇷 Injera, Doro Wat, Shiro wat and awaze tibs! Everything this week was honestly super delicious. I was so excited to learn that the injera was sourdough! They usually have their starter made with Teff flour, but since I didn’t have one or the time to make one, I just used my sourdough starter! It turned out really good and the Sourness of the injera made the food taste better with every bite. And although it may not be fully authentic, I’m so glad I got t
