UPDATE: A stretch of Highway 51 was shut down in Oneida County Tuesday after a head-on car crash. The two-vehicle crash occurred just south of the 51 and K intersection at around 11:30am. Aspirus MedEvac had to be called to take one of the drivers, a female, to a hospital. The other driver, a male, only had minor injuries. No one else was in either of the vehicles. Tragedy overnight in Philadelphia. A woman was killed after a pickup truck lost control on icy roads in the Port Richmond neighborhood. Police say the crash happened around two a.m. near East Tioga Street and Aramingo Avenue. Icy conditions are believed to be a factor.
